Security is the key element of Masterline’s philosophy and we ensure that it can always be guaranteed.

  • Access to the production facility is controlled by a swipe-card system.

  • All movements within the premises are controlled and the movement is highly restricted in every high sensitive zones.

  • The visiting guests are escorted by security.

  • General security instructions are displayed within the premises.

  • The entire premises are monitored by CCTV (24x7) and video recording for the same is also possible.

  • Material movement within and outside the premises is strictly monitored.

  • Client data is kept under highly secured environment.

The building is split into three main zones of security.

  • Each exterior entrance is controlled by an airlock; each person entering or exiting the premises is monitored through access points.

  • A reputed security is deputed round the clock to monitor the premises and a physical checking of each employee is conducted at the exit gate.

  • Material movement within and outside the premises is strictly monitored and recorded in the material / inventory room.

  • Since customer data is of paramount importance to us, hence it is kept under highly secure environment where only authorized person can enter the zone.

  • Data files are securely kept in vaults for a stipulated period and then destroyed. We maintain proper records of data & material received / issued to avoid any pilferage or misuse and once the job is over the entire data is deleted from the coding machine server.

  • Fire fighting system is installed in the entire premises and various other security parameters have been undertaken.

A non disclosure agreement is signed among the company & employees, which restricts them to share any secret information related to product & customer with any unauthorized person or public and also restricts them to work with any organization with similar nature of business.

Customers usually undertake this procedure by one of the following methods:

  • By password-protected email (the password should be supplied by fax or telephone)

  • By password-protected floppy disk (the password should be supplied by fax or telephone)

  • By password-protected CD Rom (the password should be supplied by fax or telephone)

  • By password-protected zip disk (the password should be supplied by fax or telephone)

  • FTP

 

Masterline’s in-house IT department holds all of our customer's data on a secure network.

  • Data is only accessible by appointed employees.

  • The network is only usable and processed within the IT department.

  • Each workstation on the shop-floor has a locked floppy drive & do not have access to the main network domain.

  • All data is held for a maximum period of three months before being deleted from the secure network.

  • Data is applied within the personalization department.

  • The equipment and process used for personalization is specifically designed to achieve maximum security and quality.

  • An automated camera system reads each PIN to ensure the correct data is applied to the correct card which will even check that each PIN being applied is being applied to the correct card value.

  • The camera system also makes sure that the PIN is fully covered by the security scratch panel.

  • Rejected cards that are unfit for dispatch will be re-made from the file machine produces.

  • A rejected card is placed securely and all such cards are shredded and are disposed of immediately.

  • This is to guarantee that no duplicate card or cards with exposed Pin’s are sent out of our plant.


  • Any information provided to us is treated with the highest degree of confidentiality.

  • A confidentiality agreement is available on request should the customer feel it necessary.
